Role: One-to-One Paraprofessional

Career: I have been teaching for the past 25 years. I was the lead teacher for ABCD HeadStart and transitioned to BPS as a paraprofessional. I am ABA trained and specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis techniques, and I found that I would be a great fit to work as a one-to-one. I have worked in an ABA-based classroom ever since I have been in Boston Public Schools. I now work as a one-to-one paraprofessional, and I love my students.

About Natacha: I love spending time with my family, and I LOVE TO DANCE. I enjoy listening to gospel music.
