Role: Paraprofessional

Career: I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology from Bridgewater State College. After graduating, I taught Kindergarten for six years at a private school in Boston. For the past five years, I have been working as a paraprofessional for Boston Public Schools. I am currently working towards my Special Education license and hope to be a classroom teacher in the Fall!

About Valerie: My favorite thing is spending time with my husband and two children. It doesn’t matter what we are doing as long as we are together! I also enjoy taking walks with my puppy and reading.
